Access Parking - There is limited disabled parking available for those who need it most next to Holly Barn Theatre but those parking there will miss the first scene.
The Nativity play takes place outside and then inside Holly Barn, therefore please dress appropriately for winter or wet weather. The performance includes a 10 minute walk up a steep hill.
There is free parking and Holly Barn is a 10 minute steep walk from the car park. If you will need assistance, please email [email protected] and we can book parking for you next to the Barn Theatre. This MUST be pre-booked in advance and those parking there will miss the first scene of the play. If you are attending the 2nd performance on any of the days, please arrive half an hour before; this allows time for the traffic from the first performance to depart. Please note that pushchairs are not allowed inside the Barn and it is advisable to use a baby carrier rather than a pushchair due to the steep walk to the Barn and the potentially muddy conditions outside.
After the start of the play outside, you move inside and are seated in the theatre on plain wooden benches, you may wish to bring a cushion. Each performance lasts approximately 90 minutes. Please note that we do not allow flash photography during the Play in consideration of the animals. Please note that smoke, pyrotechnics and strobe lighting are used during the performance of the Play.
