Our Work in Theatre Course for 14 - 16yr olds takes place across five days. Gain hands on experience and an insight into the many careers of the theatre at Grand Opera House York, previously home to smash-hit touring shows, including Heathers the Musical, Blood Brothers, Six the Musical and many more. This experience includes tickets to see The Woman in Black and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat!

Grand Opera House York
Not originally intended to be a theatre, the buildings that comprise the Grand Opera House York officially opened in 1902 with Little Red Riding Hood starring Florrie Ford. Since then it has been owned by FJ Butterworth, the Shepherd of Shambles and the India Pru Co. Ltd who spent £4,000,000 restoring the theatre to its former glory in 1987.
