Relaxed performances are designed to create a welcoming, enjoyable environment for everyone. Sound levels will be lowered and certain effects such as strobe lighting and pyrotechnics will be removed. It’s ideal for those who have an autism spectrum condition, people with a learning disability, parents with very young children or others who would prefer a less formal atmosphere. We're grateful for the support of The National Lottery who have helped us ensure panto can return to Milton Keynes, starring Lee Mead (Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Holby City) as the Prince, star of stage and screen, Claire Sweeney, as the evil Carabosse, Hearsay’s Suzanne Shaw as the Enchantress and comedian and magician, Pete Firman, as Sleeping Beauty’s best friend in this year’s unmissable family production.
This year's production, created especially for Milton Keynes Theatre in this unprecedented year, will be a riotously funny, one-act celebration of pantomime, packed full of comedy and laughter and will allow audience members the opportunity to come safely together and enjoy the magic of the much-loved and unique art form this festive season.
