This 3 day Musical Theatre masterclass is developed specifically for young people aged between 7 and 13 to hone performance skills, exploring dance, vocal and character techniques, this fun and confidence building masterclass is delivered by professional musical theatre practitioners and our in house Creative Learning experts at the Palace Theatre. Price is inclusive of the full 3 days running 10am - 15:30 Monday - Wednesday and will include a lunch break. The session is tailored towards performers from beginner to intermediate levels.

Please be aware:

-all participants' caregivers will be required to complete a details form which will be sent out the week before the activity takes place. This will be sent out to bookers via email.

-this is a practical workshop that will take place in spaces around the theatre. Some spaces are only accessible via stairs.

The Palace Theatre of Varieties opened on Whit Monday 1891 and cost its owners the then colossal sum of £40,500. In the late 1970’s the Palace Theatre underwent a major refurbishment and re-opened in 1981 with Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Jesus Christ Superstar and has since then retained its position as the premier provincial touring venue.
