The release in March 1989 of You Could Be Forgiven, the first single from the album, set the bar for an incredibly unique Scottish voice and brilliant band. From those thrilling first plays on Radio 1, it was clear the track was so different from anything else at the time.
The first major UK tour followed and in 1990, tours across Europe including opening for artists such as Tina Turner and BB King.
