Woking & Sam Beare Hospice and Wellbeing Care delivers specialist care to adult patients who have life-limiting and terminal illnesses across North West Surrey.
Last year the charity cared for over 2,000 patients, their families and carers both at the hospice and in patients own homes. Over 70 % of their care is provided in the community enabling patient choice and the best quality of life.
