There is a 14-day ‘cooling off’ period where you are entitled to a refund if no benefits have been used post purchase date or post Direct Debit renewal date. If you cancel your Direct Debit outside of the ‘cooling off’ period post the purchase date, this won’t come into effect until your next renewal and you will still need to pay for the current year.
