Terms & Conditions for the Sale of Printed Entertainment Tickets

1. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH APPLY TO PRINTED TICKETS
Sales of printed tickets are fulfilled by our third-party partner Central Mailing Services (CMS).
1.1 Printed ticket(s) are subject to our Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Entertainment Ticket(s). If Your ticket(s) are reprinted for any reason, including resending e-ticket(s) Your printed ticket will no longer work for entry to the event and You will need to use Your e-ticket.
1.2 The lead booker of your event tickets can order printed tickets after your e-tickets have been delivered by email. Some events defer delivery of e-tickets until closer to the event; printed tickets for these events will be dispatched after the e-tickets or after the event.
1.3 Your ticket(s) will be dispatched by CMS within 5 Working Days of receiving your order (subject to clause 1.2) and will be delivered by Royal Mail second class post. We advise you that delivery could take up to two weeks from the date of your order. In order to fulfil Your order, limited details of Your order (your name, delivery address, and the details of your ticket(s)) will be shared with CMS and Royal Mail.
1.4 As printed ticket(s) are personalised bespoke items all sales are final and Your order, including postage, cannot be cancelled or refunded.
1.5 Where printed tickets are not delivered prior to the event they relate to, You should use your e-ticket for entry to the event.
1.6 If Your ticket(s) are damaged prior to delivery we will offer a replacement where You notify us of the damaged item within 14 days of purchase.
1.7 You are responsible for arranging return postage and We recommend You get proof of posting or use a trackable service to do so. Our return address is ATG Tickets, The Yard, Gill Bridge Avenue, Sunderland, SR1 3AW.
1.8 We will examine the returned product(s) and if applicable, will notify you of your replacement tickets via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We reserve the right to make these tickets available for collection at the venue.
1.9 If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply printed ticket(s), we will notify You as soon as possible. We will contact You to confirm that You are happy to proceed with the order and agree to wait for the original product(s) to be delivered or would prefer a refund for your order.
