Victoria Hall, Stoke-on-Trent
Built in 1888 to commemorate Queen Victoria's Golden Jubilee, the Victoria Hall, Stoke-on-Trent was renovated in the late nineteen-nineties and has been at the heart of the Cultural Quarter.
It has established itself as one of the most popular venues on the touring circuit playing host to the likes of Paul Weller, Morrissey and Jimmy Carr.

Step Free Access and Wheelchairs
Access to the venue is completely step free and there is a glass lift to all levels. All of our stairwells have handrails.
There are designated wheelchair spaces on all three auditorium levels: 4 spaces in Upper Circle Row B and 4 spaces in Circle Row D, both accessed by lift. There are 2 spaces in Stalls Row H and 2 spaces in Stalls Row S, both accessed by flat level from the foyer.
We have low level counters on all of our bars and we provide an At Seat Service pre-show and during the interval. (At seat service not available for standing events).
Recommended seats - All seats in the Stalls are on a flat floor. Step Free access in the Circle: Row C 9 - 34 & Row C 56 - 81. Step free access in the Upper Circle: Row B 27 - 34 & Row B 60 - 67
We have 3 wheelchair positions in the Stalls, 4 wheelchair positions in the circle and 4 wheelchair positions in the Upper Circle.
Seat width information - Stalls seats are approximately 42cm wide with fixed arm rests. Circle seats are approximately 46cm wide with fixed arm rests. Upper Circle seats are approximately 49cm wide with fixed arm rests.
The passenger lift within the building can accommodate maximum wheelchair dimensions of 78cm x 140cm and a total weight limit of 630kg, including the customer.
Accessible Toilets - There are accessible toilets in the Foyer, the Circle bar, the Upper Circle Bar and the Sponsors Room.

Visual Impairment Services - Information about our venue’s audio description, touch tours and other visual services can be found on our Visual Impairment Services page. We recommend seats in the front section of the Stalls (Rows BB – D) for customers who require a closer view of the stage.
Hearing Impairment Services - Information about our venue’s hearing enhancement systems, signed performances and other hearing services can be found on our Hearing Impairment Services page. Currently we do not have a hearing assistance system at the Victoria Hall.
Assistance Dogs - Assistance Dogs are welcome and can be looked after by the theatre staff during the performance if requested in advance. If you would like your dog to stay with you, please contact us so we can ensure your seats have suitable space for your dog. Please also check the show information for any trigger warnings.
